When I refer my contact list, what exactly happens?
You can choose which contacts you wish to refer from your contact lists, these chosen contacts are who you will earn free gifts for. When you refer them to us, they get a single email telling them you've asked them to check out MRFREDDYS.com. The email also contains a selection of random products which we currently have for sale. You can review an example of the email.
How exactly does it work?
You can tell those people on your contact list about us who haven't either: 1) bought from us before or 2) already registered at MRFREDDYS.com. On step 2 of referring your contact list, it will be sorted into applicable contacts who are new to MRFREDDYS.com and those who are already know about us (e.g. have registered as they bought from us before). Once you choose which contacts from the applicable you wish to refer, they will be sent a single email introducing MRFREDDYS.com and with a selection of products, just as in a "Tell a Friend" scheme (You can review an example of the email). The contact will in turn be assigned to you, and if any one of the contacts assigned to you ever places an order, you will be eligiable to claim a free gift from our free gifts selection worth up to £30 for that contacts first order. It is our way of saying Thanks for helping us spread the word about us.
How many people can I refer?
You can refer as many people that are on your contact list which are eligiable (those who have not bought from us before or are not registered with MRFREDDYS.com). In theory, the more people you refer, the chances of one of them placing an order increases and therefore there is a increased chance of you being awarded free gifts from MRFREDDYS.com. Also, with the more contacts you refer, more are assigned to you therefore you will be receiving more free gifts when they place their orders.
Can one person be refered by 2 different people
No, we record details of each person referred to MRFREDDYS.com, this is done in order to ensure someone is not told about us more than once. We do not spam in any way, shape or form. If a contact has already been referred to us and is already assigned to someone, the same contact cannot be referred to MRFREDDYS.com by anyone else. Therefore be quick in refering your contacts before someone else has already done so.
I have referred my contact list but have now added more people to it, how can I refer the new contacts?
Just re-visit the Referral Programme sign up page and fetch your current contact list. The new contacts on your list which have not already been referred will be displayed as applicable for you to refer, and you can refer them. The contacts which you have already referred will be displayed as "already referred to MRFREDDYS.com" so you cannot re-refer them.
What is the process of me claiming my free gifts?
As soon as a contact which you have refered and who was assigned to you places their first order, you will receive an email notifying you of being credited one free gift token. You will be able to choose a free gift from the selection at the current time, or you may hold onto your token for a period of 14-days after which it will expire. You shall be able to add a product which you wish to receive (quantity 1) from the free gifts selection to your shopping basket and submit your delivery address at checkout. There will be no charge for postage and no credit card details are required for you to claim your free gift.
How often are new products added to the free gifts selection?
The products in the free gifts selection can change daily. We alter the products in the selection depending on their stock levels and the arrival of new items. MRFREDDYS.com holds final judgement in the items offered in the free gifts selection and ensures that there will always be a wide selection of products to choose from, worth up to £30 for when your account is credited with free gift tokens.
